Terms and conditions for shopping on-line with Magic Toybox

Ordering and payment

By placing an order on our web site you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Prices shown on the products pages do not include postage or handling where appropriate. When you add an item to your shopping basket the postage and handling fees are displayed in the table. If you are unhappy with the shipping cost for the item you can remove it by clicking the appropriate button.

When you have completed selecting items and checkout you are taken to the web site of our payments processing partner PayPal. On successful payment we will send you a summary of your order and PayPal will send you a receipt.

An order is not accepted until we have checked all monetary amounts and quantities are correct, that the goods are in stock and that payment was successful. Should the amount paid not match the amount required for the order we will not accept the order.

If we cannot accept the order for any reason, any money paid by you will be refunded via PayPal at the earliest opportunity.


You may cancel your order, whether or not it has been accepted by us, by contacting us before it is dispatched. In this case we will refund any payments made via PayPal as soon as reasonably possible.


You can return your order for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing goods are in a resalable condition.

Please contact us before sending back goods for any reason so that we can advise the best method for the item. We will only refund postage where the goods were damaged or faulty and you have contacted us first to agree a maximum cost of posting.

Please pack your parcel carefully and include your order number, contact details and reason for return.

When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

In order to process your order we collect information such as name, email, delivery address and phone number. We will not share this information with third parties. We do not store this information online.  Also, we do not receive, use or store any card information.


Our web site uses cookies. If you refuse to accept cookies from our web site you will be able to browse products but you won't be able to make a purchase since the contents of the shopping basket are stored in a 'session cookie'.

'Session cookies' are automatically deleted at the end of your browsing session (when you close your browser). Should you choose the option to 'remember your details', the information is stored on your own computer in the form of a 'persistent cookie'. This cookie lasts for 6 months or until you clear cookies yourself.
